These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings that will be accepted by GR Airport Transfers Ltd and form the contract between the Operator and the passenger (“Customer”, “you”).
We may update these Terms periodically to comply with legal requirements or operational changes. Updated versions will be published on our website or supplied electronically and will take effect 14 days after publication.
2.1 When a booking will be accepted by GR Airport Transfers Ltd, a binding contract will be created between the Operator and the Customer for both:
2.2 Under Regulation 9(14), GR Airport Transfers Ltd will be legally responsible for the entire journey from the moment we accept the booking until the booked journey is completed.
2.3 Any driver allocated to the booking will act strictly as an agent of the Operator. Fares will be collected by GR Airport Transfers Ltd or by the driver on our behalf.
2.4 Only the Operator may cancel a booking with the Customer. Drivers may decline a job offered by the Operator, but the booking will remain valid until the Operator informs the Customer otherwise.
2.5 If a booking is sub-contracted to another TfL-licensed PHV operator, the contract between the Customer and GR Airport Transfers Ltd will remain unchanged. Responsibility for the booking will remain with GR Airport Transfers Ltd.
3.1 All chauffeur services will be pre-booked. The specific vehicle type, pick-up/drop-off points, timings and any special instructions will be detailed in the booking confirmation.
3.2 The following will be strictly prohibited during all journeys:
Where passenger conduct presents a safety risk, the driver may stop the vehicle and immediately report the matter to GR Airport Transfers Ltd. Any decision regarding continuation or termination of the booking will remain under the control and responsibility of the Operator. Refunds, where applicable, will be determined by the Operator.
3.3 If additional time beyond the booked duration is required, this will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.1 The following may incur supplementary charges:
4.2 Hourly bookings must start and finish in the same city unless agreed in advance.
4.3 Waiting Time Allowance:
After the free period, additional waiting time will be charged at our prevailing rate.
5.1 Customers must request child seats in advance and specify the child’s age and seat type. Availability cannot be guaranteed without pre-booking.
5.2 All Assistance Dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, and other service animals) will be carried free of charge, in full compliance with the Equality Act 2010.
5.3 Other pets may travel only where confirmed by the Operator in advance.
6.1 Luggage capacity varies by vehicle type. Items exceeding the vehicle’s safe capacity may be refused.
6.2 Passengers exceeding the booked capacity may be refused travel for safety and insurance compliance.
7.1 The Operator will not be liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
7.2 We will not be liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, appointments, or consequential losses.
7.3 Our total liability for any booking will be limited to the fare paid for the affected journey.
8.1 No-Show occurs when the Customer fails to appear within:

8.3 Operator Cancellation: If GR Airport Transfers Ltd must cancel due to vehicle failure, emergencies, or operational issues, a full refund will be issued.
9.1 Customers must comply with all safety requirements, including:
9.2 Aggressive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
10.1 Drivers will check vehicles after each journey. Any found items will be logged and reported to the Operator.
10.2 Customers may arrange collection or delivery of lost property at their own cost.
10.3 All items are carried at the Customer’s own risk. The Operator will only be liable for property loss caused by negligence.
11.1 Payment may be required at the time of booking or collected by the driver on behalf of the Operator.

11.4 Electronic invoices will be issued upon completion of the trip.
12.1 Customers should report issues to the Operator as soon as possible.

We will acknowledge within 7 days and provide a full response within 28 days.
GR Airport Transfers Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
